Rodney Assan is an LL.B Candidate at Lancaster University Ghana. Rodney joined TaylorCrabbe Innitiative in June 2018 as an intern. His diverse interest areas include Constitutional, Criminal and Corporate Law.
His first journal article ‘The Case Against Sexual Assault: What is Consent?’ will be published in the 2019 edition of the Lancaster University Ghana Students Law Journal. He participated in and won the 2018 Lancaster University Moot Court Competition as co-lead counsel.
Rodney agrees with Glanville Williams’ postulation of law as “the cement of society and an essential medium of change” and hopes to use the law as a tool to better the lives of all those who live by it. Rodney is fluent in English, Asante-Twi and has fair working understanding of French.
