Nana Tawiah Okyir holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the Harvard Law School, Cambridge Massachusetts. He was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2009 after completing his professional law program at the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a degree in Political Science and Psychology. His areas of practice include family law and leads the Alterative Dispute Resolution practice in Opinsan Chambers.
Nana Tawiah has worked in Law and Policy consulting for almost a decade and was Counsel-researcher to the Constitution Review Commission. He has had Legislative drafting and Parliamentary experience and holds a Postgraduate certificate in Legislative Drafting.
Nana is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts certified Mediator / Arbitrators and a member of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. He currently teaches Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at the GIMPA, Faculty of Law.
