Kwaasi Djin has over the years specialized in property law, insurance law and copyright in Ghana. He leads litigation at Opinsan Chambers and consults at TCi as the in-house policy advisor on Land reforms and governance. He was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2009 and has a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law. After his call to the Bar he worked with Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors, London and Accra. Kwaasi has done consultancy work for BOST on property acquisitions, Société General on loans to Government of Ghana for jet acquisition and MTN and other global giants.
Kwaasi holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Food Science and Nutrition, University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Laws, post-first degree (LL. B) from the University of Ghana. He also an adjunct teacher of Immovable Property Law at the Faculty of Law of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
He is also an an entrepreneur and has set a number of SME’s in and around Accra providing employment to the youth in his community. He is an avid player of Squash and Scrabble.
