Clement Kojo Akapame holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the Michigan Law School, Ann Arbor. His areas of practice include commercial law, international finance, and natural resources law. He leads the environmental governance practice of TaylorCrabbe Innitiative. Clement has worked on a number of projects including as a Counsel-researcher to the Constitution Review Commission of Ghana. He has since 2013 led the TCi collaboration with ClientEarth, UK to deliver legal and policy training to Civil Society Organizations in Ghana. His work has also led to a number of changes in policy and law including the consolidation of all forest subsidiary legislations into one composite whole.
Clement holds a degree in Business Administration (BSc. Banking and Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana.
Clement also teaches Commercial Law at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Faculty of Law and has a demonstrable history of working in the legal consultancy industry with a focus on Public and Regulatory and Legislative reforms. He is an ardent soccer fan and supports Manchester Football Club in the United Kingdom.
